Daily Oath
I do solemnly swear
That, on this day, and for its duration,
I shall perpetrate neither anger, not fear, nor regret;
That I shall be honest, kind, and joyful,
Delivering upon the obligations and duties of life
With vitality, courage, and eagerness;
And that, with love and peace in my heart,
I shall live as an exemplary and respectable human being.
